10. Baía dos Golfinhos: Brasil
Baia dos Golfinhos is located in Pipa, Brazil. The beach is covered with sand and surrounded by high cliffs. Getting to or from the beach is not that easy and can only be reached by walking from Pipa Center Beach. You need to know when the tide comes in, otherwise you can have difficulties leaving the beach until the tide recedes.
The beach is famous for nature and calm water, but especially for dolphins which are used to people. They often swim just around 5 meters next to people. On the beach, you can rent umbrellas and eat some simple dishes.

5. Cala Llombards: Majorca, Spain
Cala Llombards is a stunning cove beach in the southeast of Mallorca, near to the small village, Es Llombards, and about 10 kilometres from Santanyi. Cala Llombards is a tiny beach at just 55 metres long but stretches far back, almost like a cone shape, to the pine trees and bushes, going nearly 150 metres deep. This secluded beach is surrounded by steep cliffs and rocky areas, as well as pine trees and scrubs. The sand is white and soft and the water is beautifully crystal clear and ideal for snorkeling. There are no waves here, or rarely so, making it ideal for swimming with children as well.
This beach is for relaxing, not a party beach or one with outside activities. You can still see some of the small fisherman’s houses along this cove beach, which adds to its charm. This is one of the best beaches to just sit and relax from everyday noise and struggle.
There are no water activities for hire at Cala Llombards. There is only one beach bar here that offers good snacks and drinks so unless you want to drive to eat, it is recommended to bring some food and drinks along with you.
There is no lifeguard on duty at Cala Llombards but there is an announcement board available with all emergency numbers.

Nestled on the south coast of Pembrokeshire between Broad Haven and Freshwater East, Barafundle is a small bay backed by dunes and pine trees, accessible only by a half mile walk from the nearest car park. This pristine beach is isolated which means there are no facilities.

Weligama, a popular beach resort and a perky fishing settlement located in the southern end of the paradise island of Sri Lanka. The name of this city, when translated to Sinhala, simply means ‘Sandy Village’. Without fail it lives up to its name with a sandy stretch of beach of about 2 kilometers in length.
